Alexandra Wright, author

Alexandra Wright became an author at the age of 11 with Will We Miss Them? Endangered Species, which was chosen as a Reading Rainbow Selection. Her second book, At Home in the Tide Pool, was published when she was 13. Can We Be Friends? Nature’s Partners, Alexandra’s third book, was written when she was in high school.

Marshall Peck III, illustrator

Marshall Peck III has been observing and drawing his surroundings throughout his life. “Ever since I can recall, I have observed. Looking up from my crib in a Paris apartment…My trip to America at three by passenger boat…” He received his degree in Illustration from the California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, California.
